This Zoom Meeting will enable you to learn how to make our own compost at home.

Home composting turns your vegetable peelings and green waste from your garden into lovely compost that benefits your soil and garden.

Composting benefits the environment, saves you money, and improves your garden, so why wouldn’t you want to do it?

In this session you will learn:

• The benefits of composting to your garden and the environment

• How the composting process works

• How to compost at home

• What you can put in your compost

• The different types of bins available

• FAQs and troubleshooting common problems

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Starting at 1pm, we have arranged the session so that people can attend during their lunch break – with the finishing time being around 2.30pm.

It is hosted by Dudley Council and is held by Garden Organic - the National Charity for Organic Growing, with over 60 years’ experience of organic growing and composting.
